# About us It started with a jammed printer on a Friday night, when a gift was supposed to be finished by morning. The strand kept crossing, the nozzle clogged, and the filament we bought in a hurry had a diameter all over the place. We decided this had to be done better. Dilna is a small shop for people who print. We sell nothing we have not run through a machine ourselves. We print every batch of filament, measure the layers, and only then put it on the shelf. If something is off, it goes back to the supplier, not to you. ## Why specs up front Most shops hide specifications in a collapsible footer. We put them first. On every spool you see the diameter, tolerance, nozzle and bed temperature.
